[ADVERTISING AWARDS] SK Broadband prioritizes customer value, happiness

I would like to begin by expressing gratitude to the Advertising Awards hosted by The Korea Herald and congratulating fellow award winners.

As a company that puts customer value at the top of its agenda, SK Broadband is doing its best to bring happiness and value to customers in the age of technological convergence.

In 1991, SK Broadband was the first to commercialize the high-speed internet asymmetric digital subscriber line. The company was also the first in Korea to successfully launch internet protocol television in 2006 and the first here to commercialize ultra-high-definition IPTV services in September 2014.

Currently, it spearheads trends in the service and technology sectors, and operates the largest number of UHD real-time channels here.

In addition, based on our prioritized focus on customer value, SK Broadband has various loyalty programs such as Vitamin 2.0 and Happy Day, which are receiving positive feedback from customers. 


The advertisement that received The Korea Herald’s advertising award was made to convey our gratefulness to customers for giving us first place in the National Customer Satisfaction Index, Korean Customer Satisfaction Index and the Korean Standard Service Quality Index.

The ad highlights that customers were the driving force behind SK Broadband receiving first place in the NCSI. We will do our best to live up to the trophies given.
