Four Seasons Hotel Seoul presents Steven Jin’s premium bingsu

Four Seasons Hotel Seoul debuts two premium summer bingsu creations by new executive pastry chef Steven Jin, available now until Sept. 30 at Maru Lounge.

Jin’s signature desserts at the hotel highlight local Korean ingredients. The Jeju apple mango bingsu, priced at 149,000 won, features at least two whole Jeju mangoes, elderflower liqueur and a mango-elderflower “sphere” using molecular gastronomy. The Maru bingsu at 89,000 won offers a refined take on red bean layered with matcha and vanilla cream, with a hanok-inspired chocolate garnish. A combo with both is available at a 10 percent discount.

Desserts are gluten-free with milk-based shaved ice, available daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
