
Park Hyatt Seoul celebrates 20 years with Japanese Kaiseki collab
Park Hyatt Seoul is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a culinary collaboration featuring Yoshida Nobuhiro, the acclaimed chef at Park Hyatt Tokyo’s Kozue restaurant.
From April 25 to May 1, the exclusive dining experience will be held at The Timber House, offering a traditional Japanese kaiseki menu that reflects the essence of spring. The eight-course dinner includes dishes such as shellfish appetizers, tuna sashimi, grilled fish, wagyu beef and a matcha dessert. The meal is priced at 210,000 won per person.
Additionally, a lunch bento box featuring a variety of traditional dishes will be offered for 75,000 won.
A special jazz performance will also take place on April 15 to mark the hotel’s anniversary, with tickets priced at 77,000 won, including signature cocktails and a six-item menu.

Haevichi Hotels & Resorts Jeju unveils 'Ocean Terrace Package'
Haevichi Hotels & Resorts Jeju has launched the "Ocean Terrace Package," offering a relaxing escape with panoramic sea views.
The package includes a one-night stay in a junior suite terrace room, featuring a spacious terrace with ocean views. Guests can enjoy an outdoor cinema experience with a 4K projector, wireless headphones, camping lantern and blankets.
The package also includes a choice of wine and cheese platter or beer and chicken set, available in-room or at the hotel’s restaurant, Edi. Additional perks include breakfast for two, access to indoor and outdoor pools and a 10 percent discount on dining and spa services.
The package is available until July 15, starting at 435,000 won per night.

Cassia Sokcho introduces 'Wonderful Suite' private pool parties
Cassia Sokcho has introduced the "Wonderful Suite" promotion, offering guests a chance to enjoy a private pool party with breathtaking views of the East Sea.
The rooms come with an exclusive pool, perfect for a "pool-cation" with friends and loved ones. The package includes a variety of party foods, such as a fruit and cheese platter, Caesar salad, seafood pizza, fried chicken and tiramisu, along with sparkling and red wines.
Instagram-worthy inflatable tubes and party props are also provided. The promotion accommodates groups of three to six people, with breakfast included for the number of guests in each room.
Cassia Sokcho is also offering the "Suite Escape" promotion, providing up to 50 percent off deluxe suite bookings on weekdays, including breakfast for two.

Grand Josun Jeju opens Gran J Gourmet Lounge
Grand Josun Jeju has unveiled the Gran J Gourmet Lounge, a new dining space offering a premium culinary experience. Located on the lobby floor of the Hill Suite building, the lounge serves both brunch and fine dining, using fresh local ingredients from Jeju.
Guests can enjoy dishes like sea urchin spaghettini and mackerel lemon cream mafaldine. The lounge also offers a five-course dinner, including wagyu tenderloin steak.
To celebrate the launch, Grand Josun Jeju is offering two exclusive packages — the “All-Inclusive Gourmet Escape,” which includes a two-night stay, all meals and a 50,000 won voucher for hotel dining, and the “Romantic Gourmet Escape,” featuring wine pairings for a special dinner.
The packages are available for booking until Dec. 31. Prices start at 1,166,000 won.
