Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel Seoul launches spring buffet 'Familia Blooming'

Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel Seoul is introducing a spring buffet promotion, "Familia Blooming," available from February to April.

The buffet highlights dishes made with seasonal ingredients, including bibimbap with six types of greens and homemade condiments. Seafood lovers can enjoy sashimi, including mackerel smoked with rice straw, along with citrus scallop ceviche. Other offerings include spring seaweed soup with crispy rice, abalone porridge with Jeju sea snails and shellfish stew. Desserts like strawberry financier cakes, honey cakes and chocolate mousse round out the experience.

Dinner is available daily at 170,000 won for adults and 85,000 won for children.

Park Hyatt Seoul and Park Hyatt Shanghai launch Instagram event

Park Hyatt Seoul and Park Hyatt Shanghai are celebrating the Lunar New Year with the "Happy New Year Celebration" Instagram event, offering luxury staycation opportunities. To participate, users must follow the official Instagram accounts of both hotels, tag the accounts in their stories, share the event and comment their wishes for 2025 while tagging friends.

Winners will receive a two-night stay at either hotel, with breakfast included.

The event runs until Feb. 10. Winners will be announced Feb. 12.

Haevichi Hotel & Resort Jeju is offering the “Je T’aime Couple’s Course” at its French fine dining restaurant, Millieu, to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

Two course menus are available: Romantic and Elegance. The Romantic option boasts five dishes, including asparagus and scallops, beef tartare and Jeju yellowtail carpaccio. Elegance adds lobster, fish of the day and Earl Grey panna cotta, along with hanwoo tenderloin.

Prices start at 422,000 won for the Romantic option, including Champagne and wine, and 660,000 won for Elegance with additional wine pairings. Optional flower arrangements are available for an extra 100,000 won. All guests will receive Tiffany Crystal Champagne Glasses as a gift.

Cassia Sokcho’s Fogo launches affordable lunch menu

Cassia Sokcho has introduced a new lunch menu at its grill restaurant, Fogo, offering a premium yet affordable dining experience. The “Oh! My Lunch!” set menu, available exclusively during lunch hours, includes a ricotta cheese dip salad, daily soup and choice of main dish -- beef tenderloin steak, flounder filet or sirloin steak.

The meal concludes with Fogo’s signature tiramisu and a choice of tea or coffee.

Priced at 49,000 won per person, with an additional 20,000 won for the beef tenderloin, the menu targets those seeking both value and quality. In celebration of the lunch offering, guests who leave a review are offered a complimentary glass of house wine.

Mayfield Hotel Seoul introduces Valentine's Day dinner course at The Kew

Mayfield Hotel Seoul is offering a special Valentine’s Day dinner course at its modern European restaurant, The Kew.

Available Feb. 14 and 15, the menu features seasonal ingredients, starting with an amuse-bouche that is followed by a mushroom cream soup with truffle slices and carrot puree. Main dishes include herb-marinated sea bass, meat lasagna with basil pesto and rose sauce and premium hanwoo tenderloin with porcini sauce.

The meal concludes with a traditional Italian tiramisu, with a personalized message option. Guests can also enjoy a wine pairing, featuring a white sparkling wine, a rich red wine or a sweet red sparkling wine with dessert. A non-alcoholic beverage paired with fruit-infused drinks and hibiscus tea is also available.

The course is available at 180,000 won per person.
