Park Hyatt Seoul is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a culinary collaboration featuring Guido Paternollo, executive chef of Park Hyatt Milan. From April 18-24, the Italian restaurant Cornerstone will host a special event offering lunch, a gala dinner and an Easter-themed brunch buffet. Chef Paternollo will present "La Mia Citta," a menu honoring Milan’s traditional dishes with a modern twist. The 4-course lunch is priced at 95,000 won ($64.82), while the 6-course gala dinner is 195,000 won. On April 21, the Easter brunch buffet will feature dishes such as oak-grilled lamb, asparagus lasagna and a seafood bar, priced at 155,000 won.

Grand Hyatt Seoul unveils 'Taste of Grand Hyatt Seoul' promotion
Grand Hyatt Seoul’s buffet restaurant, The Terrace, is offering a special promotion, "Taste of Grand Hyatt Seoul," April 1-May 28, on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. This seasonal offering features dishes inspired by spring, providing a unique culinary journey through the hotel’s signature restaurants. Guests can enjoy a selection of dishes, including Kauri’s tuna belly sashimi, Tenkai’s miso ramen, Teppan’s seafood papillote, Steakhouse’s crab cakes and J.J. Mahoney’s non-alcoholic "J.J. Sunshine" cocktail. The meal concludes with a matcha-sake tiramisu dessert. The promotion, priced at 160,000 won, runs from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. A 15 percent discount is offered for reservations made via Naver, the World of Hyatt channel on Kakao or Catch Table.

Walkerhill Resort launches outdoor dining promotions
Walkerhill Hotel & Resort introduces two outdoor dining promotions, “Pizza Hill Wine Night” and “Myeongwolgwan Garden BBQ.” Pizza Hill Wine Night, held at the outdoor terrace of Pizza Hill, presents a Mediterranean-inspired 7-course meal paired with wines that can be enjoyed with a panoramic view of the Han River. The promotion, priced at 160,000 won, runs every Thursday and Friday, April 17-May 30. Myeongwolgwan Garden BBQ, located in the outdoor garden of Myeongwolgwan, offers premium BBQ menus, including hanwoo beef, lamb chops and seafood, along with sides like kimchi and traditional Korean stews. This event, available at 230,000 won, runs from April 26 to June 7, with an additional session on May 5 for Children's Day.

The "Space Magic Show” combines the wonders of space science with magic in a storytelling format designed to spark children's curiosity and imagination. The buffet includes live cooking stations with prime rib and lamb chops, an array of noodle dishes, sushi and sashimi, and kid-friendly desserts like character cakes, macarons, cotton candy and gelato. Tickets are priced at 170,000 won for adults, 80,000 won for children, and 60,000 won for preschoolers. Early bird reservations and hotel guests on May 5 will receive a 5 percent discount.
