
Ingredients:
600 grams pork ribs
Ingredients for Boiling the Ribs
1.5 liters water
10 whole black peppercorns
2 bay leaves
Seasoning Ingredients:
2 cups water
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons tonkatsu sauce
2 tablespoons corn syrup
2 tablespoons rice wine
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 tablespoon sugar
A pinch of black pepper
Topping Ingredients:
A pinch of chopped nuts
A pinch of chopped parsley
(Serves 2)
Instructions

In a pot, add the pork ribs and water. Bring to a boil over high heat and boil for 20 minutes.

Remove the ribs from the pot and discard the boiling water.

In a wok or large pan, add the seasoning ingredients and the pre-boiled ribs. Simmer over medium heat for about 23 minutes, turning the ribs occasionally to prevent burning.

Serve the braised ribs on a plate and garnish with chopped nuts and parsley.
