Charcuterie specialties at The Deli at Grand Hyatt Seoul

The Deli at Grand Hyatt Seoul is showcasing the award-winning recipes and charcuterie specialties of artisan charcutier Benito Plasschaert. Plasschaert is a key figure in traditional homemade meat and has been working as a charcutier for more than 45 years. The Deli will showcase delicacies such as handmade sausages, hams, pates, terrines, rillettes and much more. The menu will also feature dishes such as venison pate with cognac, Italian meatloaf with mozzarella cheese and mushrooms, chicken terrine with truffle oil, and smoked salami garnished with hazelnut and rum. Top-notch chefs join hands at Lotte Hotel Seoul

Lotte Hotel Seoul’s Chinese restaurant Toh Lim is inviting head chef of China’s Great Hall of the People, Jiang Bing-liang, to collaborate with star chef Yeo Kyung-ok. The lunch course, priced at 155,000 won, will feature braised shark’s fin with crab roe, whole sea cucumber, and dim sum. The dinner, costing 230,000 won, will include lobster and abalone with dim sum. The hotel will also hold a gala dinner on Nov. 20, priced at 400,000 won per person. Wine and beer promotion at Renaissance Seoul Hotel

Sky lounge bar Club Horizon at Renaissance Seoul Hotel is offering the Unlimited Pleasure promotion with bottomless beer or wine served with eight different snack dishes. Every evening after 5 p.m., guests can enjoy the stunning night view on the 23rd floor as well as various snacks such as grilled sausage, tortilla chips with salsa, cheese quesadilla, smoked salmon canap, garlic shrimp, an assorted cheese plate and more. The wine selection will include chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, pinot noir, and more. Beers will include Cass and Dry finish. Prices range from 35,000 won to 48,500 won. Winter Wonderland package at Hyatt Regency

Hyatt Regency Incheon is promoting its Winter Wonderland package from Dec. 20 until Jan. 5. Guests booking rooms by Dec. 13 will receive a 70,000 won early bird discount from the package rate. Priced at 225,000 won, the “Fun” option includes a one-night stay in a guestroom, breakfast for two, and free access to the play zone Kids’ Wonderland. The “Full” option is priced at 345,000 won and includes all the benefits of the previous package with an additional complimentary dinner for two adults. A taste of Tuscany at buffet of Seoul Shilla

Seoul Shilla Hotel’s buffet restaurant The Parkview is partnering with renowned winery La Taverna of Tuscany in offering an exclusive wine and food pairing menu as well as an array of other special events. Chef Riccardo Cappelli of La Taverna will be present at the dinner to personally cook meals including ribollita soup, prosciutto-wrapped steak, and gnocchi made out of truffles and porcini mushrooms. All guests enjoying the dinner buffet will be given a complimentary glass of Banfi Rosa Regale, a sparkling dessert wine. A glass of Cum Laude, Chianti Classico and Le Rime can be enjoyed for an additional cost of 27,000 won. The promotion will be available from Nov. 19 to 22.
