Psy Psy
International sensation Psy has announced that no matter the Billboard chart ranking results for next week, he will hold a concert for his local fans on Thursday at Seoul Plaza in front of Seoul City Hall.

The Billboard Top 100 chart results are scheduled to be announced on Wednesday in the U.S. with fans eagerly waiting to see if Psy will move up one notch from the number two ranking and overtake Maroon 5 for the top spot. He has publicly promised to dance topless should he achieve the feat.

“I may or may not take my shirt off, but I will definitely perform for you. This year will mark my 12th year since I debuted, and I have hit my peak after 12 years,” Psy was reported as saying. “I performed in a country where I couldn’t understand the language...I’ve missed these concerts where the audience sings along with you.”

The concert is free and open to the public and will begin at 10 p.m.
