[THE INVESTOR] Vice Minister of Strategy and Finance Choi Sang-mok said that Korea’s large foreign reserves and trade surplus will help it weather the effects of UK leaving the European Union.
"We are well prepared," Choi told an emergency meeting of economy-related government bodies on June 24.
He also said UK’s departure may increase uncertainties in the international market, but that the impact on Korea will be comparatively small.
