Wonder Girls to perform at Girls Award by CROOZ in Japan

K-pop group the Wonder Girls will hit the stage of Japan’s biggest music and fashion event “Girls Award by CROOZ” ahead of their official debut in the country.

The official website of the show on Wednesday revealed the event’s lineup, which includes Japanese girl group Morning Musume, E-Girls and other top artists.

Wonder Girls will release their Japanese debut album “Nobody for Everybody,” a Japanese version of their hit “Nobody,” on July 25.

The event will kick off at Yoyogi National gymnasium in Tokyo on May 26.

원더걸스, 日 ‘걸스어워드’ 무대 달군다

7월 일본 데뷔를 앞둔 인기 걸그룹 원더걸스 가 오는 26일 도쿄의 요요기 제1체육관에서 개최되는 일본 최대의 패션 음악 이벤트 ‘걸스어워드 바이 크루즈(Girls Award by CROOZ) 2012 봄/여름’ 무대에 오른다.

16일 행사 공식 홈페이지(girls-award.com) 발표에 따르면 원더걸스 외에도 일본을 대표하는 걸그룹 모닝구무스메, 21인조 이걸스(E-Girls) 등 톱 아티스트들이 라이브를 꾸민다. 일본에서 활동 중인 국내 남성 보컬그룹 코드브이(CODE-V)는 오프 닝 무대를 장식할 예정이다.

이밖에도 인기 걸그룹 애프터스쿨의 가희• 정아•주연•나나가 모델로 등장하 며, 인기그룹 JYJ 멤버 김준수의 쌍둥이 형이자 솔로가수인 주노가 특별 사회자로 참석한다.

원더걸스는 오는 7월 25일 대표곡 ‘노바디’의 일본어 버전인 앨범 ‘노바디 포 에브리바디’를 발매하면서 일본에 정식 데뷔한다.
