The Visit Korea Year Committee said it will hold a three-week event through Aug. 10 on its website, www.visitkoreayear.com, to celebrate the upcoming Daegu IAAF World Championship, slated for Aug. 27.
On the website, participants can choose their favorite game and leave comments on why they chose it. The committee will give away prizes to 113 participants through a lottery. The prizes include a one-night stay at a hotel in Daegu and admission tickets for the Games such as the Aug. 28 100-meter final. For details, call (02) 6272-7316.
