[DISCLOSURE] S-MARK (030270) announced on July 19 that it has signed to invest US$5 million in the Swedish Nasdaq-listed company Anoto Group.
Through the investment, which is to be made on Sept. 9, S-MARK is slated to become the biggest shareholder of the Swedish company, acquiring 7 percent of the company’s share.
“Anoto Group has many patents in digital writing and drawing solutions. We chose to invest in the company to participate in joint management, marketing and technical cooperation,” an official from S-MARK said.
