Ashton Kutcher, Sarah Jessica Parker awarded worst actor and actress

Ashton Kutcher and Sarah Jessica Parker were awarded the worst actor and actress at the Golden Raspberry Awards on Feb. 26, the night before the Oscars, the Telegraph reported Sunday.

Known as the “Razzies,” the Golden Raspberry Awards is held annually to recognize the worst films of the year.

“The Last Airbender” was crowned the worst, winning worst film, worst screenplay, and worst director for M Night Shyamalan with a special award for the “worst eye-gouging misuse of 3-D.”

For worst actor, Ashton Kutcher won the spot for his role in two movies “Killers” and “Valentine’s Day.”

Sarah Jessica Parker and the three other stars of Sex and the City 2 won worst actresses.

“It was released in the middle of a period of American history when everyone’s scrounging not to lose their homes. And these women are riding around in Rolls-Royces, buying expensive shoes and just throwing money around like they’re drunk,” the founder of the Razzies John Wilson said on the movie, according to the Telegraph.
