Paris Baguette has rolled out its health-focused Paran Label range across all 28 Singaporean stores, marking its first overseas expansion as the bakery chain prepares to take the line to other markets, including the US.
The rollout follows a February pilot at its Paragon outlet. Seven items — five bakery products and two sandwiches — are now available across the Singapore network.
Paris Baguette said average sales over 30 days following the rollout rose 57 percent in the sliced bread category and 10 percent in sandwiches and salads, compared with the May-July average before the expansion.
Top sellers include the smoked salmon ricotta sandwich, roasted chicken ricotta sandwich and multigrain rye bread. The range includes high-fiber, high-protein, reduced-sugar and probiotic options for consumers seeking convenient, health-oriented meals.
Launched in Korea in February 2025, Paran Label has sold more than 34 million items domestically. Its name means “blue label” in Korean, a reference to Paris Baguette’s signature color.
The line uses proprietary fermentation methods and selected ingredients, and has grown beyond bread to include cakes, sandwiches, desserts and beverages. Five recently added bakery products feature ingredients such as buckwheat, rice and rye.
Paris Baguette has also completed halal certification for all 28 Singapore stores through the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore, broadening its appeal to Muslim consumers. The certification covers products handled and prepared at the outlets.
The company plans to build on its Singapore launch with further overseas expansion.
“We plan to expand sales to other markets, including the US, and develop Paran Label into a global health bakery brand,” a company official said.
