CAPITAL OF PEACE — Commemorating the International Day of Peace on Monday, international relations experts and ambassadors gathered for the Seoul Global City Diplomacy and Peace Forum at Seoul City Hall. The forum discussed what Seoul needs to become a top-three global city and a "capital of peace."
