Ingredients:
100 grams canned ham
85 grams sausage
80 grams cabbage
1/4 onion
2 tablespoons baked beans (optional)
1/3 stalk green onion
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 slice cheese
A pinch of sesame seeds
Sauce ingredients:
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sugar
About 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (gochugaru)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
A pinch of black pepper
(Serves 2)
Instructions:

Slice the green onion lengthwise, then cut into 4-centimeter pieces. Cut the cabbage into 2.5-centimeter squares and slice the onion into 1-centimeter strips.

Slice the sausage diagonally into half-centimeter thick pieces. Cut the canned ham into pieces about 2.5 centimeters wide and half a centimeter thick.

In a pan, heat the cooking oil and stir-fry the onion, green onion and cabbage for about 2 minutes. Add the sausage, canned ham, baked beans and sauce ingredients. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Add the slice of cheese and cook on low heat for 1 minute until melted.

Transfer the stir-fried army stew to a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy.
