Ingredients:
- 800 grams chopped chicken
- 400 milliliters milk
- 1/4 spring onion
- 2 cups batter mix powder
- Cooking oil
- Sesame seeds
- Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Seasoning:
- 50 milliliters soy sauce
- 100 milliliters water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice syrup (can be replaced with corn syrup)
- 1 tablespoon seasoned rice wine
- 1/4 onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic:
- 1/4 spring onion
- Pinch ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions:

Pour milk over the chicken until submerged, let sit for 30 minutes.

Wash off the milk. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the chicken and let sit for 10 minutes.

Chop the spring onions, and dice the onions.

Cover the chicken with batter mix powder. Spread cooking oil evenly over the chicken

Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the chicken in the air fryer for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken and air fry for another 10 minutes.

Prepare the sauce – pour the ingredients into a pan and bring to a boil.

Add the air-fried chicken to the pan, and stir to cover the chicken in the sauce evenly. Sprinkle chopped spring onions and sesame evenly over the chicken and serve.
