Through Nov. 30, the hotel’s Man Ho chefs will be offering two seven-course Fujian cuisine meals. Fujian Course A includes braised shark’s fin, seafood wonton, steamed abalone, fried king prawn and stir-fried beef ribs with olives. Course B includes steamed whole shark’s fin, braised sea cucumber and broccoli, garlic-flavored fried abalone, stir-fried fresh lobster and pan-fried lamb. Course B adds one more special touch: red ginseng tea with a peel of Korean orange. Course A is 110,000 won and Course B is 150,000 won, exclusive of tax and service charge.
