Charge against 12-year-old girl dropped in Victorian court

A 12-year-old girl accused of killing a woman in Melbourne is no longer facing a murder charge. The girl, who can't be identified for legal reasons, had been charged over the stabbing death of a 37-year-old woman last November. The case has been dropped and the child will now be managed by authorities.
