Northern Territory government announces $200m in health funding

The Northern Territory Government has announced a last-minute boost to this year’s health budgets, with an additional 200-million dollars allocated just months out from the end of the financial year. As part of the funding, the government has vowed to fast track two projects hoped to improve access to health care in the bush and in the city.
