Chuseok table costs return to W300,000 range
추석 차례상 비용, 다시 30만원대로
The cost of preparing a Chuseok memorial table has risen at both traditional markets and hypermarkets this year, returning to the 300,000 won range at traditional markets after falling below that level last year.
올해 전통시장과 대형마트에서 추석 차례상 준비 비용이 모두 상승한 가운데, 전통시장의 비용은 지난해 30만원 아래로 떨어졌다가 다시 30만원대로 올라섰다.
According to the Korea Price Information, the estimated cost of preparing a Chuseok memorial table for a family of four is 302,500 won at traditional markets and 397,700 won at hypermarkets. The figures represent year-on-year increases of 1.2 percent, or 3,500 won, and 1.6 percent, or 6,350 won, respectively.
한국물가정보에 따르면, 4인 가족 기준 추석 차례상 준비 비용은 전통시장에서 30만2,500원, 대형마트에서 39만7,700원으로 집계됐다. 이는 전년 대비 각각 1.2%(3,500원), 1.6%(6,350원) 오른 수준이다.
At traditional markets, the cost fell from 302,500 won in 2024 to 299,000 won last year, dipping below 300,000 won for the first time in two years. It bounced back to 302,500 won this year, matching the 2024 level.
전통시장의 차례상 준비 비용은 2024년 30만2,500원에서 지난해 29만9,000원으로 떨어지며 2년 만에 처음으로 30만원 아래로 내려갔다. 올해는 다시 30만2,500원으로 오르며 2024년과 같은 수준을 기록했다.
The cost at hypermarkets also rebounded this year after a slight decline in 2025. It rose from 394,160 won in 2024 to 397,700 won this year, after having fallen to 391,350 won last year.
대형마트 역시 2025년 소폭 하락한 뒤 올해 다시 상승했다. 비용은 2024년 39만4,160원에서 지난해 39만1,350원으로 떨어졌지만, 올해 39만7,700원으로 올랐다.
