Main Ingredients:

1 block tofu

1 teaspoon salt

2 stalks green onions (chopped)

A little sesame seeds

Seasoning Ingredients:

1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)

1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon cooking oil

A little black pepper

A little sesame oil


Instructions:

Pat the tofu dry with a cloth, score it with a crosshatch pattern and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Make sure to remove as much moisture as possible for the best texture.

Chop the green onions and mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Place the tofu on parchment paper, cover with the seasoning mixture, and grill in an air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.

Tip: Check frequently as cooking times may vary by air fryer.

Serve the tofu on a plate, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
