A South Korean forestry helicopter appears to have crashed on the east coast Thursday, local police said.
The helicopter from the Korea Forest Service (KFS), carrying two people, apparently crashed around 11:32 a.m. near the Sogeum River, about 237 kilometers east of Seoul. Rescue workers have been dispatched to the area for a further search.
