South Korean stocks closed higher on Monday thanks to net buying by foreign investors and institutions, who kept alive last week’s modest growth momentum. Samsung Electronics, the nation’s largest electronic goods maker, filed a lawsuit for libel against Dyson, a U.K. vacuum cleaner manufacturer, claiming that the British company tarnished its reputation, according to industry sources on Sunday.
