Flood warnings for parts of east central NSW

While flooding has subsided in parts of New South Wales, there are flood warnings for east central parts of the state. The Bureau of Meteorology predicts the Namoi river at Gunnedah will peak again today, closer to 8.6 metres. Many locals haven't seen floods as damaging since the 1970s.
