Former NSW Labor ministers sentenced to prison for corruption

Two former NSW Labor ministers were sentenced to prison for corruption. One of them is disgraced former Labor powerbroker Eddie Obeid, the other is Ian Macdonald. The men, along with Obeid’s son Moses, are being punished for a conspiracy over a mine licence that led to a 30-million-dollar windfall for the Obeid family.
