The mining town of Collie wants to convert decades of coal fired power station waste into a new concrete industry. Concrete is one of the most widely used building materials in the world and it's a significant contributor to greenhouse gas. West Australian scientists have developed a low carbon recipe combining recycled construction and coal waste.
