[DISCLOSURE] Semiconductor equipment manufacturer, Tera Semicon (123100) announced on Oct. 17 that its third-quarter operating profit increased 246.1 percent to 10.9 billion won (US$ 9.57 million) on-year.
Sales declined 2.3 percent to 37.89 billion won in the same period.
