[DISCLOSURE] Bosung Power Technology (006910) said on Oct. 10 that it has decided to sell off real estate property in Gyeonggi Province worth 9.8 billion won (US$8.8 million) to Youl Chon Chemical (008730).

The aim is to construct a new factory and the deal amounts to 10.48 percent of the firm’s equity capital.
