[DISCLOSURE] Arion Technology (058220) said on Oct. 7 that it has acquired 778,568 shares worth 2.6 billion won (US$2.3 million) of Dream T Entertainment to expand business.

Arion Tech now owns 31.01 percent stake in the entertainment agency.
