[DISCLOSURE] IM (101390) said on Sept. 29 that it has decided on a capital increase of 14.5 billion won (US$13.2 million) via issuing new stocks to existing shareholders.

A total of 3,762,000 shares will be issued at the price of 3,885 won per share and the listing date is Dec. 14.
