K-beauty brand TirTir's flagship store in Seongsu-dong, eastern Seoul, won in the Brands & Communication Design category of the Red Dot Design Award 2026.
The Germany-based Red Dot is often grouped with Germany's iF Design Award and the US' Idea as one of the world's three major design awards. It honors work ranging from product design to brand identity and communication design.
The store was developed under the concept "Shade Valley," which the brand describes as a space for defining beauty on one's own terms. It was designed by TirTir's in-house space planning team in collaboration with design studio Labotory.
Visitors can test the brand's full product lineup and its range of shades in one place to find colors and products that suit them. The brand's broad shade spectrum is reflected throughout the space.
The store builds on the direction TirTir set with its 2024 rebrand, which introduced the slogan "Be You, Be Confident" and emphasized individuality and diversity in its product offerings.
"This award is meaningful in that it recognizes the design value of the Seongsu flagship store, which brings TirTir's brand philosophy into a physical space. We will continue to deliver the TirTir experience not only through our products but across a range of brand touchpoints," a company official said.
