Katseye will hold its first stand-alone concert in South Korea in February, as the group expands its “The Wildworld Tour” across Asia and Oceania.
Katseye announced Thursday that it will perform at the Kspo Dome in southern Seoul on Feb. 4, marking the group’s first solo concert in Korea since debuting in 2024.
The Seoul stop forms part of an 11-city Asia-Oceania leg running from January through March 2027, following the group’s ongoing tour across Europe and North America.
The newly announced leg will begin at Yokohama Arena in Japan on Jan. 27, before moving to the Philippines' capital Manila on Jan. 29, Hong Kong on Feb. 1 and Seoul on Feb. 4. The group will then perform in Cebu, also in the Philippines, Singapore, Bangkok and Taipei, Taiwan, before heading to Australia for Melbourne and Sydney, then on to Auckland, New Zealand.
The Seoul concert will take place at the Kspo Dome, one of Korea’s largest indoor concert venues, with a capacity of around 15,000. The venue is often regarded as a symbolic benchmark of mainstream success in K-pop, with its capacity requiring the kind of ticket-selling power associated with established acts.
The stop will also carry added significance for Korean member Yoonchae, who will perform a full headline concert in her home country for the first time. While Katseye has previously promoted in Korea through televised music shows and other fan events, the Kspo Dome show will be the group’s first full-scale, standalone concert in the country.
The Manila date will also carry significance for member Sophia, who grew up in the Philippines. Sophia is on a temporary hiatus to focus on her mental health and well-being, but is expected to resume group activities in early January, ahead of the tour.
The Asia-Oceania dates come after the group expanded “The Wildworld Tour” across 27 cities in Europe and North America, with 31 performances scheduled across the two regions.
Before beginning the Asian leg, Katseye will also make its debut performance in India, headlining Lollapalooza India 2027.
The group is scheduled to perform on the second day of the festival, Jan. 24, at Mahalaxmi Race Course in Mumbai, alongside such acts as Olivia Dean, Limp Bizkit and Fontaines D.C. The appearance will mark Katseye’s first performance in India and will carry personal significance for Indian American member Lara.
Katseye has continued to expand its global presence this year following the release of its third EP, “Wild,” in August.
The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and remained on the chart for 10 consecutive weeks as of the chart dated Oct. 31. It also reached No. 2 on the UK Official Albums Chart. Prerelease track “Animal” reached No. 30 on the Billboard Hot 100 and remained on the chart for 13 consecutive weeks, while climbing to a career-high No. 8 on Billboard’s chart for pop airplay.
