Main ingredients:

  • Cooked rice: 2 bowls
  • Napa cabbage: 6-7 leaves (250 g)
  • Ground pork: 200 g

Seasoning ingredients:

  • Cooking oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Regular soy sauce: 1½ tablespoons
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Sesame seeds: a pinch
  • Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon

Rinse the napa cabbage under running water, then slice it into strips about 2 cm wide.
