Riize will release its second LP next spring, with a prologue single set to arrive in late October, SM Entertainment announced Monday.
The group revealed its upcoming release schedule through a special video shown at the end of its third anniversary fan meeting, “Ch. Riize: On Air,” at Inspire Arena in Incheon on Sunday.
According to the announcement, Riize will release the prologue single on Oct. 26 before continuing activities through the end of the year, leading into the release of its second LP next spring.
The upcoming album will also follow up on Riize’s first LP, “Odyssey,” released in May 2025. “Odyssey,” including tracks such as “Fly Up,” “Bag Bad Back” and “Ember to Solar,” achieved massive commercial success after albums sold for more than 1.79 million copies in its first week, setting a personal best for the group.
The album was also listed among Billboard’s “The 25 Best K-pop Albums of 2025,” while closing track “Another Life” was listed as one of UK-based magazine Clash’s “15 Biggest K-pop Statements of 2025.”
The announcement regarding the boy group’s second LP came as Riize marked three years since its debut with two sold-out fan meetings on Saturday and Sunday. The venue featured a 360-degree seating arrangement, drawing a combined audience of around 23,000 over two days.
Riize debuted under SM Entertainment in September 2023 with the EP “Get a Guitar,” consisting of members Shotaro, Eunseok, Sungchan, Wonbin, Sohee and Anton.
