[DISCLOSURE] DST Robot (090710), a manufacturer of industrial robots, said on Sept. 8 that it has decided to issue around 2.67 million shares worth 15 billion won (US$ 13.73 million) for capital increase through third-party allotment.
The new shares will be issued at the price of 5,610 won per share, which will be offered to W Investment Association No.9 and two others.
