[DISCLOSURE] Kim Hyeon-jong, the largest shareholder of Zungwon Egineering and Systems (045510), said on Sept. 8 that he has sold 3 million shares to the employee stock ownership association. The amount is equivalent to a 10.47 percent stake in the company.
