[DISCLOSURE] Histeel (071090) said on Sept. 2 that it plans to sell real estate property in Incheon worth 16.5 billion won (US$14.7 million) to MR Industrial.

The deal amounts to 7.26 percent of its equity capital and will be closed on Jan. 24, 2017.
