[DISCLOSURE] Topfield (057880) said on Sept. 2 that it has decided issue convertible bonds worth 1 billion won (US$893,655) and offer them to Interbulls (158310).

The coupon rate is 0 percent and the yield to maturity is 1 percent. The maturity date is March 1, 2018.
