[DISCLOSURE] S&T Holdings (036530) announced on Sept. 2 that one of its affiliate S&T Motiv will acquire S&T Electrics to promote efficiency in management.

The ratio for the merger between S&T Motiv (064960) and S&T Electrics is 1: 0. The merger date is Nov. 8.
