[DISCLOSURE] Daemyung (007720) said on Aug. 25 that it has decided to merge its subsidiaries Daemyung Withone and Daemyung Born Wedding through a 1:0 stock swap to strengthen its position in the industry.

The stock swap is scheduled for Oct. 31.
