[DISCLOSURE] Hot-Tech (015540), a cloud computing firm, announced on Aug. 23 that its majority shareholder has been changed to Kim Chang-suk from Inno G&S and two other shareholders.

Kim currently holds 1.23 percent stake in the firm.
