[DISCLOSURE] Dongbu Asset Management said Aug. 18 that it has acquired a 1.13 percent stake in Very Good Leisure (094850) by buying 158,000 shares. Dongbu Asset Management’s stake in the company rose to 7.14 percent from 6.01 percent.
