[DISCLOSURE] Lotte Tour (032350) stated on Aug. 8 that it has decided to issue 15,131,674 bonus stocks.
The price is 500 won (US$0.45) per share, rewarding its shareholders at the ratio of 1:0.5.
New stocks will be allotted on Aug. 23 and listed on Sept. 8.
The company’s stock trading was suspended temporarily due to the issuance of bonus shares, it announced in a separate statement.
