Protests for and against Yoon Suk Yeol's impeachment held near Constitutional Court as top court continues its deliberations

The leadership of the progressive minority Rebuilding Korea Party, led by acting chief Kim Sun-min, perform the "three steps, one bow" protest ― taking three steps and then bowing ― on Thursday.

Starting from Gwanghwamun Square, central Seoul, they made their way to the Constitutional Court, about 1.3 kilometers away, as part of their protest calling for suspended President Yoon Suk Yeol's permanent removal from office.

The same day, in front of the Constitutional Court in Jongno-gu, Seoul, leaders of the conservative ruling People Power Party, (from left) Reps. Choo Kyung-ho, Kim Gi-hyeon and Yoon Jae-ok, hold a sit-it protest, holding signs calling for the dismissal of Yoon's impeachment case.

Also on Thursday near the Constitutional Court building, several staunch supporters of Yoon hold a protest in which they shave their heads. This action follows three Democratic Party of Korea lawmakers shaving their heads in front of the court Tuesday, calling for Yoon's impeachment.
