Director Yeon Sang-ho's new film "Revelations" will be released globally March 21 on Netflix.

The supernatural thriller brings together Yeon and writer Choi Gyu-seok, who previously teamed up on "Hellbound."

Drawn from the duo's 2022 webtoon of the same title, "Revelations" follows two characters pursuing truths through parallel investigations. Pastor Min-chan (Ryu Jun-yeol) believes he has tapped into divine messages pointing to an ex-convict as the person behind a churchgoer's disappearance. Detective Yeon-hui (Shin Hyun-been), who wrestles with visions of her dead sister, digs into the case while growing suspicious of the connection between the pastor and the suspect.

Oscar-winning director Alfonso Cuaron is the film's executive producer with Wowpoint, a Korean production company, handling production.

Yeon, who broke out with the 2016 zombie action thriller "Train to Busan," continues his prolific output with several projects in development.

These include "35th Street," a collaboration with Leonardo DiCaprio's production company Appian Way slated for production in late 2025, and "Face," a low-budget mystery thriller featuring actor Park Jung-min in dual roles.
