K-pop icon G-Dragon is returning with “Ubermensch,” his first album in 11 years.

G-Dragon announced his long-awaited comeback on Feb. 25 in a 15-second teaser posted on his official social media channels on Tuesday.

The teaser shows G-Dragon’s silhouette emerging from both sides under ethereal lighting. As the Ubermensch logo appears on the screen, the heartbeat-like sound builds up suspense.

G-Dragon's second solo LP, "COUP D’ETAT," was released in September 2013.

The title of the upcoming album, "Ubermensch," is a philosophical term introduced by Friedrich Nietzsche, referring to an ideal human being who transcends personal limitations.

Despite his long hiatus, G-Dragon continues to command attention with his unwavering musical talent and star power.

In October last year, he dropped the digital single "Power," his first solo release in seven years and four months. The following month, he reunited with fellow BigBang members Taeyang and Daesung for "Home Sweet Home," which still sits on top of several domestic major music charts.
