[DISCLOSURE] Sports Seoul (039670) announced on Aug. 2 that it has decided on a capital increase worth 6.5 billion won (US$5.8 million) with third party allotment and plans to issue 1,673,101 new stocks to an investor group.

The price is 3,885 won per share and listing date is Sept. 7.
