[DISCLOSURE] Ildong Pharmaceutical (000230) announced on Aug.2 that Lee Jung-chi has been selected as its new CEO and replace two previous CEOs Jung Yeon-jin and Yoon Woong-sub, in preparation for its spin-off. The remaining company will be named Ildong Holdings.
