[DISCLOSURE] CS Wind (112610) announced on Aug. 2 that it has signed a 430 billion won (US$387.8 million) purchase agreement with a global wind turbine manufacturer to be its preferred supplier of wind towers.

The firm added that the agreement was based on the letter of intent signed on March 11, 2015 and plans to issue a purchase order on further notice.

The deal amounts to 145 percent of the firm’s 2015 revenue and expires 2021.
